Court Forge and Play Forge are specialist outdoor construction brands focused on high-quality sports, play and activity spaces across the UK.
Through Court Forge, we design and build sports facilities, including padel courts, multi-use games areas, sports courts and outdoor activity spaces. Through Play Forge, we focus on children’s play parks, wetpour surfacing, outdoor gym equipment and community recreation areas.
Together, our aim is simple: to create safe, durable and visually impressive outdoor spaces built properly from the ground up.

Court Forge and Play Forge are led by Jacob and Zach, whose combined experience supports the distinct needs of each brand.
Our backgrounds give us a well-rounded understanding of what outdoor projects require — from ground preparation, drainage and surfacing through to logistics, installation and long-term durability.
We know councils, schools, developers, clubs and community groups need contractors they can rely on. That is why we emphasise clear communication, tidy workmanship, practical solutions and a professional approach.
Meet the Team.
Jacob’s background is in landscaping, logistics and transportation.
His landscaping experience gives him a strong understanding of outdoor spaces, site presentation, ground conditions and finishing standards. His logistics and transportation background also brings an organised approach to planning, deliveries, scheduling and keeping projects moving efficiently.
Jacob focuses on client communication, project coordination, site organisation and guaranteeing each project is delivered smoothly and professionally.
Zach’s background is in groundworks, quantity surveying and farming.
His groundworks experience brings valuable knowledge of excavation, foundations, levels, drainage and site preparation — all essential for long-lasting play and sports areas. His quantity surveying background supports accurate pricing, material planning and cost control, while his farming experience adds a practical, hands-on understanding of land, machinery and outdoor working environments.
Zach focuses on the technical and construction aspects of each project, helping ensure sites are properly prepared, safely built and completed to a high standard.
