The court structure is manufactured from Q235B hot-dip galvanised steel and finished with outdoor protective coatings to help improve durability in external conditions. The transparent 12mm tempered glass panels create an open, modern appearance while allowing excellent visibility for players, spectators and coaches.

The playing surface uses a 10mm texturised monofilament artificial turf with a central spine, designed to provide a consistent playing feel, good grip and reliable ball response. The turf is made from 100% PE and includes a waterproof double PU backing, making it suitable for outdoor use.

The court is also supplied with a 4-light LED system, allowing play to continue into the evening and helping venues increase court usage throughout the day. Aluminium padel posts, a professional padel net and essential installation accessories are included as part of the package.
